This home is in a brand new development called The Harbor Club with a brand new indoor community pool as well as an outdoor pool. It's perfect for families or other mid sized groups. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Enjoy the amenities of a subdivision created for vacationers both in season and off season. We even have a Tesla EV destination charger in the garage.

The nightly rate covers the first 3 people. Each additional person is just $30 per person/per day. This applies to anyone age 3 and over (kids 2 and under are free). The fee is applied to anyone that comes to the property (not just those staying the night). The extra person fee covers additional wear and tear to the property and amenities, additional professional cleaning/disinfecting, increased use of the internal plumbing, electricity, and other utilities, etc.
If you plan to bring a pet we do charge a fee. To avoid fines, please ensure your pet has been added to your reservation. Notify our team to include this information if your pet was not added during the booking process. It's $199 per pet per stay to bring them along.
For the safety and security of our guests and the neighborhood, there are external security cameras in the following locations on this home:

Overall VERY unsatisfied with this stay. Was lead to a second party website where a contract had to be signed with rules and fines that were not included in the booking. Extremely unrealistic fines such as $500 if you have one extra person step foot on the property than included in the booking. $150 for moving things such as a chair. I encourage you to also view their face-book reviews for the third party booking company. A $1500 deposit is held for “damages”, $500 if there is a neighbor complaint, or even $1000 if the police are called. It’s unreal to even relax in this space. Also be prepared to deep clean the place for the next guest before you leave to avoid further fines and smile for commercial cameras surround the property. I hope you consider this before booking as we will never again with this company.

It was a great place that we booked last minute. It was a short drive to downtown SH and we enjoyed walking around the community where the property is located.
