My (large) family and I spent three fabulous nights at this beautiful home in Morris, IL. We were thrilled with the accommodations, beds and pillows that were extremely comfortable, towels that were fresh and white. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to both grill and cook with great ease. We enjoyed our days in the pool immensely, it was a nice fit for both kids and adults alike; with lots of floats and towels at the ready. And, the house is so grand that there was a room or bed (with quite a few to spare) for everyone to retire to at the end of each day! I highly recommend this gem to anyone looking to get away with family or friends, it’s the perfect combination of fun and togetherness, with space for all to relax.

Just wrapped up a fantastic couple of nights here with my friend and our dogs. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The space was clean, spacious, and pet-friendly, and we all had such a great time relaxing and exploring. My dogs were in heaven! A huge thank you for going above and beyond to accommodate my specific needs…. it made our stay truly stress-free and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely a wonderful place to relax! Close to restaurants, close to activities but provides a quiet space to read or enjoy the nature around you! The Monroe Suite was impeccable. Clean, comfortable and had everything I needed.

Our extended family of 19 (traveling from Vermont to California) had a wonderful vacation at this McHenry home. It comfortably accommodated our large group while remaining clean, cozy, and inviting. We had all our meals together here, making great use of the large kitchen. It was well-stocked with all the pots, pans, plates, and silverware we needed, and the dishwasher worked perfectly. Our favorite spot was the screened-in porch, where many of us gathered for breakfast each morning. The amenities were fantastic—we spent plenty of time utilizing the pool, hot tub, and firepit. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the downstairs game room as well. Logistics were seamless. There was plenty of parking for our 7 cars, with room to spare. Check-in and check-out were simple, and the host from Book A Memory was highly responsive to all of our questions. We made great family memories here and highly recommend this property!

I highly recommend the place. With ample space for a huge group like ours. The house was so spacious. We had everything we needed. We had an issue with flooding but the host was responsive and addressed the issue right away. Just a suggestion, the toilet and tubs can use some update.

Absolutely perfect for a family of 4 plus pups. Our kids loved the huge backyard and game room. Was better than pictures. Would definitely stay again

This was a great house for a group, with clear checkin and checkout instructions. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep, and it was convenient to have multiple kitchens and refrigerators to work with.
