If your reservation is near this time of year, please confirm with us that the pool is open for the season if you intend to use it.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The base rate covers the first 7 people. Each additional person is just $30 per person/per day. This is applied to anyone age 3 and over (kids 2 and under are free). The fee is applied to anyone that comes to the property (not just those staying the night). The extra person fee covers additional risk, wear and tear to the property and amenities, additional professional cleaning/disinfecting, increased use of the internal plumbing, electricity, and other utilities, etc.

If you plan to bring a pet we do charge a fee. To avoid fines, please ensure your pet has been added to your reservation. Notify our team to include this information if your pet was not added during the booking process. It's $300 per pet per stay to bring them along.

For the safety and security of our guests and the neighborhood, there are external security cameras in the following locations on this home:

2. Back Yard
3. Lower Driveway
4. Upper Driveway
5. Front Yard
6. Pool

These cameras record exterior areas only and hold the information for 30 days. Footage is only reviewed in the event of a break-in or any potential house rules violation. There are no cameras anywhere inside the home.
