Outside shared amenities include a trampoline, basketball goal, and a lovely patio overlooking the large backyard where there’s plenty of room for kids and pets to play! Situated in the coveted Cambridge Subdivision guests also have water access to the lake, a park, walking trails, a playground, basketball court, and a gazebo.

For entertainment and shopping, you're in luck – Ruoff Music Center and Hamilton Town Center Mall are both a short 4-mile drive away. If you're up for some city exploration, Lucas Oil Stadium and the Indiana Convention Center are about 20 miles from the property, and sports enthusiasts will appreciate that Grand Park is only 15 miles away.

The potential exists for other guests to book other private rooms in the house and you will share the kitchen, living room, common area TV, dining room, garage, outdoor patio, laundry room and all amenities in the house such as Wi-Fi with others. The doors to the bedrooms only lock from the inside.

Due to our location outside the city, we strongly recommend a personal vehicle to get around.

Children must be included in the reservation as 'children' under guests.

If you plan to bring a pet we do charge a fee PER PET. To avoid fines, please ensure your pet has been added to your reservation. Notify our team to include this information if your pet was not added during the booking process.

We have exterior cameras (there are NO cameras inside the home).

One vehicle is allowed to park at no charge. Each additional vehicle will incur a fee of $50 per vehicle per night.

No smoking inside the house or garage. Guests who smoke will be charged a $4,000 fee for smoke odor removal.

Shoes must be removed before entering carpeted areas of the house.

No parties or additional guests who are not included in the reservation. All guests and dogs (max weight for dogs is 30 lbs.) must be included in your guest count in your reservation. No cats or any other pets allowed.
