This listing is for the basement of a 5,400 sq. ft. home w/ neighborhood amenities. With room for 8, guests have a full bathroom with walk-in shower and TV. You will be sharing the common areas of the home (kitchen, living room, dining room, patio, driveway) as well as home amenities such as Wi-Fi. Conveniently located in Fishers, IN just 2 miles from Geist Marina and 4 miles from Ruoff Music Center and Hamilton Town Center Mall.

The nightly rate covers the first 6 people. Each additional person is just $30 per person/per day. The fee is applied to anyone that comes to the property (not just those staying the night). The extra person fee covers additional wear and tear to the property and amenities, additional professional cleaning/disinfecting, increased use of the internal plumbing, electricity, and other utilities, etc.

Reservation requests will not be accepted for stays beginning more than 30 days from the date of booking.

This booking is for 1bedroom and a bathroom on the basement level of a residential home. Guests have plenty of privacy on this level with a TV and full bathroom with walk-in shower.

The potential exists for other guests to book private rooms in the house and you will share the kitchen, living room, common area TV, dining room, garage , outdoor patio, laundry room and all amenities in the house with others.

Outside shared amenities include a trampoline, basketball goal, and a lovely patio overlooking the large backyard where there’s plenty of room for kids and pets to play! Situated in the coveted Cambridge Subdivision guests also have water access to the lake, a park, walking trails, a playground, basketball court, and a gazebo.

For entertainment and shopping, you're in luck – Ruoff Music Center and Hamilton Town Center Mall are both a short 4-mile drive away. If you're up for some city exploration, Lucas Oil Stadium and the Indiana Convention Center are about 20 miles from the property, and sports enthusiasts will appreciate that Grand Park is only 15 miles away.
