Welcome to your ultimate family getaway! This expansive 5,400 sq. ft. home w/ neighborhood amenities offers plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. With a breathtaking view of Geist Reservoir, 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths spread across 3 levels, fun outdoor living space this rental is perfect for your next getaway. Conveniently located in Fishers, IN just 2 miles from Geist Marina and 4 miles from Ruoff Music Center and Hamilton Town Center Mall.

The nightly rate covers the first 5 people. Each additional person is just $30 per person/per day. This applies to anyone age 3 and over (kids 2 and under are free). The fee is applied to anyone that comes to the property (not just those staying the night). The extra person fee covers additional wear and tear to the property and amenities, additional professional cleaning/disinfecting, increased use of the internal plumbing, electricity, and other utilities, etc. Have a pet? It's $300 per pet per stay to bring them along.

Bedroom 1: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 single bed + ensuite bathroom w/ soaking tub & separate walk-in shower
Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed, 1 crib + ensuite bath w/ shower/tub combo
Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed w/view of Geist Reservoir
Bedroom 4: 1 king bed, 1 crib

MAIN Level
Bedroom 5: 2 twin beds, sofa
Living Room: 2 sofa beds

LOWER LEVEL
1 queen bed, 1 bunkbed, 1 sofa bed, 2 cribs
Common area: 1 queen bed

Guests also have convenient access to the laundry room and garage which will fit 1 vehicle.
