Why was I charged $500 maintenance fee?!!! I left the room and location PRISTINE! The option was to pay a non-refundable $120 maintenance fee for any damage to the room or charge a$500 refundable payment to my charge card that would be returned when I left the premises in pre-stay conditions! Why was my refundable fee not refunded?!!
Absolutely a wonderful place to relax! Close to restaurants, close to activities but provides a quiet space to read or enjoy the nature around you! The Monroe Suite was impeccable. Clean, comfortable and had everything I needed.
Our stay in the Monroe Suite at the Blue Heron was wonderful. The premises were exactly as described, private, peaceful and extremely comfortable. The neighborhood was fantastic - walkable with restaurants, farmer's market, shops and the lakefront all with easy access. Our accommodations were very comfortable and beautifully decorated. All the amenities we needed were readily available! Our host sent instructions ahead of time and they were easy to follow. We would love to return when we can stay longer!
